GRUPO LAR is an international development company that originates from Spain. Nowe Bielany investment was designed with the habitants’ comfort and convenience in mind. The five buildings create an interesting and cozy architectural arrangement of the housing estate the climate of which resembles the area of Stare Bielany. Characteristic elements of the estate include wooden finishing, glassed balconies and ground floor – the place where a shopping mall will be located. Spacious terraces are designed for the last floors of the buildings. In the undergrounds, a one-level car park will be built for habitants to use. While a public Park&Ride car park will be erected next to the housing estate. Visualizations and animations of Nowe Bielany have been executed by 3DLive Project Studio.
